Open 1 PW Mini to Favourites.

In 1PW preferences I have set up 1PW Mini to open to Favourites.
However at times 1PW Mini will not open to Favourites but to All Items (Even though I have not made any changes to 1PW Preferences.)
Is this a bug? Your help please. Thanks

@Boomer49 - please restart your Mac and let us know if the behavior persists. If it does, it would be helpful if you could create a screen recording of it, since we're unable to replicate that behavior here. Also let us know what application is frontmost when this occurs (if you notice a pattern).

I restarted my Mac.....no change. (I had restarted before)
I'm running Safari 12.1.1
New Windows: Empty Page
New Tab: Empty Page

As soon as I open 1PW mini on Empty Page Tab I get All Items in the Mini

Open on a Tab that is not an empty page 1PW Mini opens with my default of Favourites
