help I hade mylife in knox disk imge and i can't open it

Knox has been a retired product for years now, so I'm not sure what assistance we'll be able to provide, but we certainly shouldn't be exchanging identifying information here on this public forum. Please contact support@1password.com and we'll try to assist as best we're able. Make sure you let us know your specific macOS version, version of Knox, and anything else that might be relevant to the issue (recent changes in your setup, why you can't open your disk image, etc).
