Need some assistance to change my subscription from itunes to agilebits subscription

I have canceled the subscription on itunes but on 1password billing page it still says

"Your subscription is active
You are on the Individual Plan, billed through the App Store. You can manage your subscription in iTunes."

My subscription is going to expire pretty soon please help me.

and can somebody tell me the annual subscription price in Indian Rupees (₹)?
