Unable to open 1Password

I just downloaded version 7.3.1 of 1 Password and I'm unable to open it after installing it. I just tried to sign in online. I've been using this for years however I'm not finding a secret key. I clicked on "Having trouble signing in" and entered my email address. I then receive a message that I don't have an account. I can see all my data on Chrome mini and on my iPhone.

    Hi @Intuitive!

    Can I ask you what version of 1Password you were using before installing version 7.3.1? Was it version 7.3 or another earlier version?
