new Team member being asked for secret key and master password BEFORE account setup

I have a new Team member, I sent an Invitation to his email address, but when he clicks on the link it takes him to the 1password login screen.
Which then requests his Secret Key and Master Password. He doesn't have those yet as this is a brand new team member. Why is it not giving him the setup screen for a new account/team member access where he sets his master password and creates his secret key?
How to we add new people if this isn't working as it should?

We figured out the issue, O365 Webmail was not displaying the links correctly so the default link showed up for 1Password.com.
We set the user up under Outlook desktop app and the link correctly went to a screen for the invitation that let him make a Master Password and save his emergency kit.

Aha. That makes sense. Indeed, they'd be asked for account credentials on the sign in page, but they would need to sign up and create their account first in order to have those. Glad that you were able to work around the webmail issue! Thanks for updating the thread in case someone else runs into a similar problem with their email client. :)
