when setting up a family members account on an iphone, do I use the same secret key as the primary member? Which email do I use on the iphone app, the new family member or the primary member?

Figured it out by doing a recovery process to get the secret key that we somehow missed originally on the family invite.

Glad to hear you were able to get it sorted out @tonylop33. For anyone else reading: when you invite someone to your family they'll create their own account, which includes their own unique Secret Key and Master Password.
