I follow the instructions in the video, scanning a QR code from the Symantec VIP authenticator app on my iPhone. I thn put the key in the USB port and activated it. So far so good.

But now when I attempt use 1Password, I have to get a six digit code from the authenticator app and I am able to use it with the key even being inserted.

The whole point, I thought, was to bypass the use of an authenticator app in the first place, so I guess Im missing something... ???
