I can't find the 1Password app on the ios app store - please advise

I have tried searching for "1Password - Password Manager" on the app store on my iphone but the required app is not in the search results. Searching for "AgileBits Inc" also drew a blank

    Hi @Robert_L,

    We should be the first result even just searching for the text 1password. Can I ask what version of iOS you have installed on your device please as the current version of 1Password for iOS requires 12.2 and I'm wondering if the app store simply doesn't return results if your device cannot install the app.

    Thanks - that's exactly what the problem was. Updated iOS and 1Password appeared as expected.

    Glad you're able to find it now and you won't be shocked to know we do recommend keeping your iOS up-to-date, just to make sure you're taking advantage of any security fixes Apple have made :smile:
