Deleted Items on Mac Still Appear on iOS (iPad)

I have a 1Password.com family subscription. I have deleted logins yet they are still appearing on my iPad when using the password fill functionality within Safari. It appears to be caching these items somewhere. When I open 1Password on the iPad, the items are nowhere to be found but still show up when using the fill feature in Safari.

By the way, I just tested and it even happens if I delete the item on the iPad app (and empty the trash in 1Password). I also tried toggling password fill in the Settings and that had no impact.

@focher: Indeed, it sounds like iOS Password Autofill is caching the data. If you go to 1Password Settings > Autofill, is 1Password able to update it so you don't see the old stuff anymore? You could also try disabling it in iOS Settings > Accounts & Passwords to clear it before enabling it again. Let me know how it goes!

That did it. Kinda not what I would expect to require.

Thank you for the update @focher! It's great to hear that brenty's suggestion helped.

    Have a wonderful day :)

@focher: Indeed, that shouldn't be necessary at all, but forcing iOS Password Autofill to refresh its cache if all else fails. Cheers! :)
