    Can you please clarify what you mean by "lining up" the Secret Key?

    I can write about this I’m mr. we have a family account running on Mac 7. And I have added her in people but when it comes time for the sign in to fully restore, there is no emergency key appearing to complete the process.

    Welcome to the forum too @fitzpat88! If you lost the credentials for that account, can you please recover it so she can get a new Secret Key and a new Emergency Kit?
