Application for beta program

Hi!
Can I join the beta program? Already I found a bug with iPadOS 13 beta 4 for my iPad Pro 1th gen, after the upgrade from beta 3 to beta 4 1password stops to upgrade so when I run it my vault was deleted, when I try to use 1password.com as source, 1password crash, I tried to use dropbox, icloud, local and vlan sync, and all of them looks good, than I tried to make a new local vault, it goes, so I tried to join my 1password.com account but it crash again.
