Provisioning SCIM Setup - Resend Email

I am stuck at the "Generate New Credentials" step of setting up SCIM Bridge in

I entered an email address that didn't exist yet. I cannot go back steps in the wizard. It is waiting for me to enter confirmation token
A confirmation email has been sent to .

How can I restart the wizard?
How can I have the email re-sent?
How can I change the email address if I wanted to?

    @bdawg I do believe I just sent you an email, but in case others come across this ticket:

    There are two options here, you can either:

    1) Delete the invited user from the people page and start the process again
    2) Click the "Resend" button on that user's profile page to resend the signup token email
