I signed up on the USA version (.com) of the website, but meant to sign up on the Canadian version (.ca). It wouldn't bother me except I want to be charged in Canadian maples and not US dollars!

Is there any way to change my region or have support change my region?

I'm in Toronto and assumed Canada (well, Toronto) was the centre of the universe. SHOCK! It turns out not to be.

    In case it helps anyone else though, you can sign into multiple account in the 1Password app and move items between them as needed.
