No symbols in iOS 12.4

I can no longer generate a password with symbols. I’m on iOS 12.4.

    Hi @chr1s!

    I have just tried generating a password in the 1Password for iOS app here and I was able to add symbols to it. Can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing and the steps you are following to cause this?
