    Greetings @ttim03,

    If you prepare the page so that everything is how you want 1Password to recreate later and then save a Login item from inside the browser it should result in each fill made by 1Password also deselecting the checkbox. To save a brand new Login item I would recommend our How to save a Login manually in your browser page.

    If an entirely new Login item doesn't perform as expected can you let me know the URL for that page please and what version of 1Password you have.

    Looks like the new beta of 1Password works great with getting rid of the check mark if the login is saved like that!
