Transferring from individual to family account, deleting Primary vault problem
We switched from an individual account to a family account. On my iPad, I was able to delete the primary account without a problem. On my iPhone, it will not accept the family password that works on the computer and the iPad. Version on iPhone is 7.3.4 as is the iPad.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble getting the Primary vault deleted. Are you able to log in at https://my.1password.com, and if so does all of your data appear there? If so I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the 1Password for iOS app on the iPhone.
