My Chrome extension doesn't show me anything when I unlock it. It's just blank.

Hi, my Chrome extension keeps resorting to showing me nothing when I open it, unless I search. No suggested logins, not even my vault. I've recently re-installed it and it worked for a few days then went back to the same. Can you help?
