Thank you for reaching out to us. ๐I understand it can be really frustrating when you forget your Master Password (or any password in general!) - as we pride ourselves on security and privacy we never know your Master Password created by you (used to login) or your Secret Key (used to identify you on new devices if you have a 1Password Account membership). As you donโt have access to your Master Password, the only thing you can do is to start over.
I'd suggest that you get in touch with our support team so that they can chat with you and try to guide you through the process whilst trying to keep your data safe. Pop them an email (support@agilebits.com) and someone will be in touch with you shortly. ๐
