1Password not working correctly after switching to new computer

Password options show when clicking icon but do not fill in when selecting one of the password options.
Actually, nothing happens when clicking one of the 1PW options.

1Password Version: 7.3.2
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: 10.14.5 Mojave
Sync Type: icloud
