I paid for the 1 pass license a long time ago and have been 1pass for a long time with no issue. I upgraded to V7 when prompted and now I can no longer access anything. I tried just paying the ransom and signing up for a subscription but got an error message. What can I do here?

I tried deleting V7 and reinstalling V6 and it's too buggy to use. Can't update logins, can't add new ones.
