Hi @larsen44! If you set up your Family account, you should be able to invite people in our web client.
Make sure you're viewing your Family account on our website rather than in one of the apps—start at start.1password.com/signin—and that you're a Family Organizer on the account. Then, press People in the right sidebar and press the blue + Invite People button near the top-left.
