Because today I installed Microsoft's Chromium Edge browser and noticed it installed version 1.15.6.

It was indeed! I believe it's still passing through the review process for Firefox, but 1.16.0 has been released into the wild. :)

Hi again, I am not getting 1.16.0 update for the latest version of Firefox. I manually checked for the update several times, but it didn't get the update. On the new Edge Chromium Beta, I got it.

That's correct: 1.16.0 is currently only available for Chrome, the latest version of 1Password X for Firefox is 1.15.7.
