I cannot find the 1password icon to enter the password to enter my bank acct

I am having an impossible time using 1Password on my iPad! I tried to click on 1Password but instead it was 1Passwordsupport and I can’t successfully sign up. This is frustrating me, it is taking so much time!

    My apologies but I'm not entirely clear what you're having trouble with. It sounds like you're trying to get started using 1Password on your iPad. Do you already have a 1Password membership? If so you can download 1Password for iOS here, and sign in to your existing account:

    If you do not yet have a membership you can sign up either from within the app, or on our website, here:

    https://start.1password.com/sign-up/plan

    I hope that helps. If that does not address your question could you please clarify what the difficulty you're experiencing is?
