Completely minor copy issue in changelog

Looks like the url got double quoted with fancy quotes in the changelog (href="“https://discussions.agilebits.com/categories/1password-x”"), so rather than taking you to the forum, it instead tries to navigate to

https://app-updates.agilebits.com/product_history/%E2%80%9Chttps://discussions.agilebits.com/categories/1password-x%E2%80%9D
