My master password works on my iphone and the web but not my MacBook 10.14.6

I have unistalled 1password and reinstalled it and still doesn't accept my master password. It works on web and my iphone. I am running 10.14.6

    Hi @GaryKUNR

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Do you have access to all of your 1Password data when you sign in at https://my.1password.com/ ? If so, in 1Password for Mac, I'd suggest selecting Help > Troubleshooting > Reset All 1Password Data from the menu bar at the top of the screen. This menu is available when you cannot unlock 1Password.

    Selecting that option should get you back to the welcome screen, where you can sign in to your account.
