Unable to set my wife up. f plan. invitation response is "she is already enrolled" but she is not.

Tried unsuccessfully to set up wife several months or more ago.
Now trying to send her an invite but told she already has gotten one.... for which I have no info like keys or pwds....
What do I do to get her set up at this point.

    No problem @vtfarmer, I'll be happy to help you folks out! When your wife originally joined your account, she would have chosen her own Master Password, and would have been assigned her own Secret Key. Each member has their own version of these details - so by design, it's normal that you don't have her details, every member should keep their own sign-in details private and secret.

    If your wife added her account membership to any of her 1Password apps, and can still unlock the app, she should be able to find both her Secret Key and Master Password in the app itself. The Master Password can be found in a Login item stored in her Private vault in the account - she should look for a Login item that has our "Starter Kit" tag applied to it (https://support.1password.com/favorites-tags/) - the "password" field on that item should match her current account membership Master Password.     If your wife no longer has her sign-in details for the account and the above doesn't work out for her, you should be able to help her out by taking her membership through the account recovery process. This will send her a special link via email that she can use to reset her sign-in details for the account. She'll choose a new Master Password (she can re-use her existing one if she remembers it), and will be assigned a new Secret Key. After you complete the recovery process, she'll be able to sign back into the account using her new credentials.
