I purchased an I phone 10 s went to use one password and said my account is frozen and I owe $6.99
I was out and was using Verizon internet. now that I am home it appears to function properly what gives ?

@jimdidonna - I'm sorry for the confusion. I'm not quite sure what steps you took; if you have a new iPhone 10, you would need to either install 1Password onto it by downloading from the App Store, from restoring it as part of a backup of a previous iPhone you're restoring onto this new iPhone, or you're referring to just trying to access 1password.com via Safari. Can you clarify what you did? Actually, if things are working properly for you now, is everything OK? All 1Password data present and accounted for? ;)
