"Failed adding backup" for 1p4_zip file

Hi,

I backed up a vault on Mac #1 and am trying to restore it to either an existing or newly-created vault on Mac #2. Steps:
File/Restore/Find Backup/[Selected file]
Error returned: "Failed adding backup"

Thoughts? I emailed the diagnostic file to support just now.
