Do not get the secret key after the registration cause the app crashed

I purchased and signed up a 1password account for one year on my iphone. When I finished the registration, the app crashed. I didn't get the secret key and I could not log in.

    @jiayao321: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! If the account is signed in in the app already, you'll be able to find the credentials in 1Password Settings > Accounts. If not, and you want to start over with a new account, please shoot us an email at support@1password.com from your 1Password account's registered email address so we can look into it and help you.
