Moved from IOS to Android. Tried to access my acct on android but failed. Scanned my setup code from IOS and entered master password but received “Invalid Login Information” error.

    Are you able to login to your 1Password account in a browser, rather than in the app?

    Hello @ag_ana. No, I cannot login on the browser as well. It says either my email address, secret key, or master password is incorrect. I have a 6 month subscription on IOS.

    @ddarevil:

    When you see that error message, it usually means that the Master Password you are entering is not correct. Did you write it down on the Emergency Kit together with the other information, and are you copying it from there, or entering it manually?

    In the meantime, I hope that this article on what to do if you forgot your Master Password will be useful.
