Have a membership but my MacBook and iPhone not synching. iPhone is synching via iCloud

    What sync method are you using exactly? You mentioned that you have a Membership but that your iPhone is syncing via iCloud. Which one of the two is it?

    @emason571

    All your devices should sync via 1Password.com. If you have a Membership, there is no need to use iCloud, and I suspect that this is why your devices are out of sync (in this case, I think your Mac is syncing with 1Password.com instead, while your iPhone is still using iCloud).

    Have you added your 1Password account to your 1Password app on your iPhone already?

    tuned off iCloud
    already had account entered and it says subscribed
    iPhone has 386 all items and MacBook has 408 and not in sync
