Unable to autofill on https://www.switch.natwest.com/SVRWeb/nwb/faces/login.jsp

Hi,

I used the manual New Login process for trying to save the details for my NatWest mortgage login, but when autofilling, only the surname and Postcode fields are autocompleted. I read in another thread about the form details changing making this difficult to achieve, so I went and saved a second version of the login manually and all the form names are the same.

Could you please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or if the filling routine should actually be handling this.

    Ok, I self resolved this one. I realised that the field type for all the numeric entries (account number and three fields associated with date of birth) were noted as "telephone" fields (this was automatic following the save login process).

    I changed them to "number" and now they all fill out.

    I guess perhaps this is still worth someone looking into, but for now my problem is no more!
