Help getting my apps/licenses in sync!

I have 1Password version 7.3.6 on my iPhone and version 4.6.2.626 on my Windows laptop. I'd like to get the databases for these two licenses in sync with each other. I feel like they were at some point but they no longer match. Can you help me get things back in sync?

1Password Version: 7.3.6, 4.6.2.626
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Windows 10 (10.0.17134), iOS 12.4
Sync Type: Not sure!

    The best way to sync 1Password data is through the use of a 1Password membership. This service not only automatically keeps all of your devices in sync it also gives you access to the latest versions of our apps for all of your compatible devices. You're currently two major versions behind on the Windows app. You can read more about the benefits of membership here:
