Command \ Not Filling

I am running Mac OS Sierra and 1Password 7. Suddenly Command \ is not filling passwords in. Rather, the keystroke displays 1Password in Chrome. Please help return to this function!

This is how I have my shortcuts setup in Preferences.

    Sure.

    1Pass = 7.3.2 (70302003)
    Extension = 4.7.5.90
    Chrome = Version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    Thank you @Abicio. Do you perhaps have multiple login items in 1Password for the website where this happens?

    Can you also share the exact URL where this is happening so we can test it here?
