How do I “add new file” under “Related items” rather than a photo?

When I click on “add new file” under Related items, it takes me to the Photos app. I don’t want to add a photo. I want to navigate to the file I want to add. Can I do that in iOS (iPad Pro)?

At the moment 1Password for iOS can only add photos, however, you can add other files using the 1Password.com web interface at https://start.1password.com/
We do hope to expand this capability in the future.
