autofill for stored login and password is not working when I try to sign into my brokerage account?

After going to my brokerage website sign on page, I see the icon for 1Password, but the autofill will not work. I have to copy paste the login and then the password from my shared vault.

    1Password version is whatever I downloaded on August 28, just a few days ago. Unsure what you mean 'extension version", please clarify. My computer runs OS X El Capitan. Browser is Firefox, version 68.0.2 and the URL is https://secure.rbcwm-usa.com

    @paulgibson: Extension version meaning "the version of the 1Password extension you have installed in your web browser":

    Find your version

    For Firefox, that would be under about:addons where you can click to view the details of an installed extension in that list. If you don't see 1Password there at all, you'll need to install it:

    https://1password.com/downloads/#browsers

    I suspect that may be the problem, as I didn't have any trouble saving and filling a Login there using 1Password. Just try these steps to save the login and fill it:

    1. Navigate to the website: https://secure.rbcwm-usa.com
    2. Enter your login credentials
    3. Click the 'keyhole' icon to bring up the extension
    4. Click the 'gear' icon for Settings
    5. Click Save New Login
    6. Give it a name and Save
    7. Close the webpage and select your new login in 1Password to press Return (or double click) to Open & Fill
    8. Submit the form
