Duplicate accounts for 1Password auto-fill in iOS

I’m facing a strange issue in password auto-fill on iOS for a specific website.
For a website, though I have a single entry for an account in the vault, it is showing two times (duplicates) the same entry.
I couldn’t figure out why 1Password auto-fill shows duplicate for an account.
Though I have a second account for the same website, it is not duplicated. Can someone explain why?

    Hello @harish_ravikumar,

    This can sometimes happen when the iOS Autofill list has not been updated in some time. Periodically it needs a clean up. Open up the proper 1Password app and tap Settings>1Password AutoFill. Doing so should update the list and clean up any duplicate weirdness like you are seeing here.

    Yes, I followed the steps you just provided and it’s not showing duplicates any longer.
    Does this step need to be executed manually whenever a new credential is added to the vault?

    @harish_ravikumar No, you shouldn't need to do it consistently, only if you notice something strange happening like the duplicates.
