How to enable Dark Mode?

About 7.3.7.BETA-4 (build #70307004) – released 2019-09-06:

This is our first beta with Dark mode.

How do I enable/select this?

I can change the icon, but can’t find a way to enable Dark Mode...

    @XIII,

    It is not separately set-able and is only available on iOS 13 when your iOS device is set to dark mode.

    Ah, maybe Tuesday then...

    (I'm hoping Apple will release the GM build soon after the event)

    Hm. iOS 13 GM is out, but I'm now not sure whether I'll install it...

    (requires Catalina beta or Xcode 11 GM Seed, so no local backups)
