Entries show up that have been deleted

I made several changes to an entry on my Mac copy of 1Pass, deleted them, and found that somehow it was showing them even in the trash. I deleted the trash and that fixed that problem on the Mac. On my iPhone I have discovered the same problem with those entries, even though the trash is empty there. I click on a name or PW field in Safari on iPhone and it brings up 5 possible entries. See attached photo.


If I do a search in 1Pass on iPhone, it only shows the correct entry as shown in second photo.

Any suggestions?

    @DHK - I'm sorry for the trouble. Can you try tapping Settings > Password AutoFill and allowing the "Autofill Passwords updating" message you'll see at the top of the screen to complete, then try again?
