Watchtower should do matches only on main/top domain

Example should be self explanatory.

I had one account for evite.com saved under the url www.evite.com
Now , watchtower link would be https://watchtower.1password.com/report/www.evite.com
This link shows a hack in June 2019

Whereas I had another one saved under url new.evite.com (probably when auto-creating login info) https://watchtower.1password.com/report/new.evite.com

Regardless if there is any compromise on evite.com, it should know all subdomains are affected too.
