WatchOS6 - improved app?

Guys, are you working on an improved watch OS 6 version as well? The current implementation sometimes looses connection to the iPhone app and doesn't show any item from 1Password at all. Watch OS 6 which mich even bring opportunity to provide a stand alone watch app where these issues could be solved?
