I activated Touch ID but it is asking me to enter the password every now and then.

I downloaded 1password yesterday to test how it works. My experience so far is pretty bad.

The issue is Touch ID. Why is it asking me to enter the master password when the Touch ID is activated? It happened twice yesterday and I entered the password manually then it happened today again.

Why is this happening

PS: I am using the latest version of 1password IOS app and latest version of Apple IOS on iPhone 7 plus

    Hi @Mighty_Midas! Welcome to the forum!

    Are you using Password AutoFill (when you are filling your items on a website, or in an app), or is this happening directly when you open the main 1Password app?
