Hardware authentication key for mac?

I love my touch ID on my MBP and years to do the same thing on my desktop MacPro as I have a complex master password to enter: any way I could do this?

    Hello @stephantran

    Unfortunately, no. Such a feature is only available through system-provided services, such as Touch ID, which are only available if your system has a built-in sensor as those are the only services capable of accessing the Secure Enclave. There is no option available for devices without Touch ID other than entering your Master Password as normal.
