Mac: Why can only the Primary vault be synced to a local folder?

I want to have more than one vault to be synced to local folders and would like to configure them to sync to my employer's cloud solution
as per https://support.1password.com/local-folder/
I want these vaults to have discriptive names.
Why is the Primary vault the only one that can be synched to a local folder?
Why any new created vault doesn't appear in Preferences->Sync?

    Why any new created vault doesn't appear in Preferences->Sync?

    If the additional vaults don't appear under Preferences > Sync, it means that you created them in a 1Password account rather than locally. Please create a local vault instead, and you will see it appear under Preferences > Sync.
