Disable 1Password to open at login
Hi, in the company I'm working for are using 1Password, so I installed the Mac client to connect to the account.
I found no way to prevent 1Password to open at Login. I have check in System Preferences the apps that open at login and 1Password is not there.
How can I do to disable the app to open automatically?
I have read a similar post where a guy was using Safari extension and that made the app to open, but this is not my case. I use Firefox only and I haven't installed its extension.

Hi @fedepia,
1Password isn't designed to show it's main window at login. It is designed to run in the background so that the browser extensions will work. If the latter is what you'd like to disable you can do so in 1Password > Preferences > Browsers. If you're seeing the 1Password main window / unlock screen after logging in without intentionally launching 1Password we would need to do some troubleshooting, as again that isn't something 1Password is designed to do.

Hi @Ben, that's for replying.
What I would like to achieve is to totally disable 1Password process to start when I login in with my user, or at least to disable the top menu icon to avoid using unwanted space, so if I have to use the app then I can simply open it from launchpad.
I use 1Password maybe once a week, however I use monitoring tools like iStats and others all the time, this is why I need the top bar space. 1Password has its icon always enabled and showing up even when I'm not using it.
Is there anyway to disable this? If not.. is it possible to ask for this feature request?

I am having a similar problem. The 1Password window opens when I login on my mac. I disabled this in the dock and its not on the list of programs which are meant to open when I login.
