The app keeps launching the wrong url for the USAJobs website

Hello, I'm trying to use 1Password as my 2nd authentication method for USAJobs.com. Even though the url is correct in the app, when I press the link that pops ups in the app telling me that 2 factor authentication is available- the app looks for www.login.gov instead of secure.login.gov.

Is there a way that I can change this?
