Have not been able to initially access 1password account. Get invalid secret key message

Through IBM membership but for some reason I cannot get in. I think I did something wrong when I did an initial setup 6-9 months back and now I keep getting invalid secret key message. Not sure if there is a way to reset everything and start over?
