Keyboard does not work when creating new logins and crashes [resolved with 7.4.2 on iOS 13.1.2]

When I try and add a new login item 1Password freezes.
This is on iOS 13.1.2 on an iPhone XS Max.
Can add other items like security note ok
Never had this issue before.
The same vaults Etc on my iPad is fine.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled app it’s no different.
Any ideas ?

It’s a 1password’s bug and they are fixing it. It’s been a week since I’ve had to create logins manually by using their website, so very annoyed. Wonder when will they release the next update.

Hi, i’m using the XS max, and ever since i updated to IOS 13, every time i’m trying to create a new login, it’s freeze and i got kicked out of the app.

After the update and then (re)increasing text size, I’m still unable to click anywhere within the “New Login” screen.

Could you please confirm which version of 1Password for iOS you have installed? Please also let us know what version of iOS you are running, which device this is on, and which position the text size slider is in.

Weird. Wasn’t working when I updated the app and bumped text size up, so went back to normal text size. Bumped back up again and working now.

My iPhone restarted when I tried to change the text size just now, so maybe there are some bugs to iron out there. Cheers! :lol:
