I have a 1password account but cannot seem to add a new entry and password for the new entry
I opened my account to update it and add some entries. I was able to add the name of an entity but unable to add a user name and password. Could not find and place to do so.

@goughlaw: Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, browser, and extension versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:
Find your version
The more information you can give, the better. For instance, what do you mean by "I was able to add the name of an entity but unable to add a user name and password"? What is the item type you're editing? Thanks in advance! :)
