1Password is no longer authorized to connect my Dropbox account. I got a new iphone 11 Pro and tried to open 1Password and I get this message "Dropbox Authorization Failed". I authorize and then another screen wants me to Allow. And then it starts all over.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Dropbox recently started limiting free accounts to 3 devices:

Is that possibly something you'd be running up against? If so you may want to consider upgrading to a 1Password membership, which includes access for all of your compatible devices with no device limits:

I just looked up the membership option and I think I am interested. I have a Mac laptop and a Windows laptop and an iphone. Will they all 3 be able to use the 1Password and sync together?

Yes, absolutely. That is one of the core principals of membership: it allows you to use the latest versions of 1Password on all of your compatible devices. They'd all be kept in sync by 1Password, rather than relying on Dropbox. :)
